SRM/MRM-, PRM- and DIA-data or MS1-filtering – for those who are familiar with these abbreviations as well as for beginners, ISAS will be hosting courses on the use of the open source software Skyline for (un)targeted proteomics and metabolomics, lipidomics as well as glycomics, from July 25 to 29, 2022. New and advanced users from science and industry can choose from the following multi-day courses in Dortmund:
Skyline Proteomics Beginner
July 25 to 27, 2022

Speakers include Skyline developer Brendan MacLean (University of Washington), Dr Isabell Bludau (Max Planck Institute of Biochemistry), Prof Dr Ursula Klingmüller (German Cancer Research Center, DKFZ) and Dr Christina Ludwig (Bavarian Centre for Biomolecular Mass Spectrometry, BayBioMS).
