The MMV_Im2Im toolbox is an open-source Python package for image-to-image transformations in bioimaging applications. It provides a generic framework for various tasks such as semantic segmentation, image restoration, image generation, etc. Equipped with state-of-the-art machine learning engineering techniques, MMV_Im2Im offers a starting point for the development of new image analysis or machine learning algorithms. Moreover, it provides a comprehensive insight into the concept of microscopy image-to-image transformation. Source code, documentation and tutorials are available under the MIT licence on GitHub.
