Dr Dominik Kopczynski is an Assistant Professor of “Data Science in Mass Spectrometry-Based Omics” at the University of Vienna. He heads a research group at the Institute of Analytical Chemistry there, which specialises in the development of efficient algorithms for computer-assisted lipidomics and proteomics.
At the ISAS Colloquium on July 16, he will present the multi-omics analysis platform MAPtoGO. The topic of his talk is “MAPtoGO: extending gene ontology analysis to lipidomics-centred multi-omics data” (see abstract available for download).
