Prof. Dr Dominic Grün holds the Chair of Computational Biology of Spatial Biomedical Systems at Julius Maximilian University of Würzburg and is Director of the Würzburg Institute of Systems Immunology. In his research, he combines biology with artificial intelligence and machine learning to investigate complex cellular networks and their role in tissue development, homeostasis and disease.
At the ISAS Colloquium on October 8, he will present his research on the computational analysis of cellular networks involved in cardiac repair. The title of his talk is ‘Decoding the Cellular Circuitry of Cardiac Repair’ (see abstract available for download).
