Dr Qiaoli Wang is a Data-Driven Life Science Fellow (DDLS) in the field of precision medicine and diagnostics and heads the Integrative Pancreatic Cancer Research (iPanCare) research laboratory at Lund University in Sweden.
Her aim is to advance the understanding of pancreatic cancer, with a particular emphasis on precision prevention, diagnostics and medicine. Her team's work focuses on developing strategies for personalised prevention, individualised risk prediction, early detection, and tailored therapeutic and prognostic tools for pancreatic cancer.

Before joining Lund University, Dr Wang's professional career took her, among other places, to Harvard University and the Karolinska Institutet in Sweden. We are delighted to welcome her to Dortmund on October 30. In her talk at the ISAS Colloquium, Dr Wang will present her latest work on risk stratification and early detection of pancreatic cancer, leveraging multi-dimensional data and advanced analytic methodologies applied to large population-based cohorts, biobanks and clinical imaging.
