Prof. Dr Peter Boor is a pathologist and anexperimental nephrologist. At Uniklinik RWTH Aachen, he heads the Digital Pathology Unit at the Institute of Pathology, as well as the Translational Nephrathology Teaching and Research Area. In his lecture on July 2 at the ISAS Colloquium, he will focus on ‘AI for (Nephro-)Pathology’. Boor will give an overview of the potential of artificial intelligence and deep learning in pathology, with a particular focus on renal pathology.
