ISAS supports its employees in reconciling family obligations with career development. Our family-friendly initiatives include flexible working hours, part-time work and help in finding suitable child care.
ISAS works together with BUK Family Service to complement its own support services. Among other things, this family service offers emergency child care supervision when normal facilities are closed and offers advice in questions of caring for and looking after dependents. The family service's employee assistance service is furthermore available to help workers if they have professional or personal problems.
