Phosphoproteomics
In the Phosphoproteomics project, we develop novel methods and strategies for a comprehensive, quantitative and time-resolved mass spectrometric analysis of phosphorylation patterns in cells, organelles and also protein complexes – with the overall aim to improve our knowledge about cellular processes and signalling networks. > more
