NMR is an important topic for the Interface Processes group. NMR methods open up a path to the detection of light elements like carbon or phosphorus, which are either difficult to assess due to ubiquitios contaminations or due to wavelength, and they also allow for the investigation of hydrogen networks potentially influencing the ordering of molecules at surfaces.
